How does the stockout prediction work?
We pull your Shopify order history and calculate per-SKU sales velocity over rolling windows. We then apply seasonal multipliers derived from your own historical patterns to project when current stock will hit zero — giving you a predicted stockout date and a suggested reorder quantity.
Do you need access to my Shopify admin?
Yes. You connect via Shopify OAuth with read-only permissions for orders and inventory. We never write to your store or store payment information. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your data is deleted within 30 days. You can resubscribe at any time and reconnect your store to start fresh.
